Here’s how it works:

• We offer one (1) make-up class per season for any absence.

• 24-hour advance notice via email is required in order to receive the credit code to deduct the class cost from your cart. Once that step is complete, you may use this page to select a make-up class from the available options.

• You will be prompted to enter the absence date and reason.

• Each make-up class is limited to 5 spots, filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Coach requests cannot be accommodated for make-up classes.

• We are unable to offer additional make-ups for a missed make-up class; make sure you book a class you can attend.

• We require at least 3 enrolled children to run a make-up class. In case of low enrollment, we will contact you to select an alternative class.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Every outdoor session will have one additional class added the end of the season if class was cancelled due to inclement weather - you do not need to schedule this yourself. This page is only for make ups due to an absence.

• Due to limited indoor space, make-up classes are not available during winter sessions. Instead, you’ll receive a credit which you can use to book your outdoor make-up class on this page when the next outdoor season is posted.
